CAN I UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Normally we will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed. Let’s connect as soon as possible if you need to update the shipping address--e-mail us at:[email protected].
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP:
Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.
SHIPPING TIMES:
To USA:
Processing time: 1-3 business days
Shipping time: 5-15 business days
To other countries:
Processing time: 1-3 business days
Shipping time: 7-20 business days
"PS. For orders shipped to South America, shipping time may exceed 1 month due to shipping and customs issues.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER:
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order in your account.
TAX AND DUTIES:
We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE LOGISTICS INFORMATION
SHOWS THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR BUT
NOT ACTUALLY RECEIVED?
When you encounter the situation, you can take the following steps:
– You can call and contact the courier to see if it was sent to the wrong place.
– Maybe the courier didn’t scan it correctly, maybe it will be delivered the next day.
– Check to see if it was signed for by a neighbor, etc.
